The opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, we need a new Administrative Assistant to help drive our team's business operations and activities. This is a role for someone who wants to play a vital role as part of our Professional Services team including organizing client sessions, managing internal and external communications, generating reports and supporting financial processes. You will anticipate the needs of your team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving administrative and operational issues before they arise.

  • The professional communication skills.  You can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at any level. Your written, verbal and presentation skills are outstanding.
  • The tech skills. You have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and a technical aptitude.
  • An awesome sense of humour and a respect for The Godfather. So when "someone" starts referring to himself as the Don of the office, you’ll know exactly what he means.
